Language Assistance Plan (LAP)
Bank of Oak Ridge (Bank) endeavors to provide support to persons with limited English proficiency (LEP). Currently, the Bank has no known LEP customers. In the event that the Bank has a LEP customer or potential customer, we will provide language support.
We currently employ a Spanish speaking employee that can assist a LEP customer with their banking needs. The employee is located in the Monroe Branch but can be reached by phone to assist at any of the Bank’s locations.
If the staff member is not available, the Bank staff have been trained on the use of Google translator in order to accommodate a LEP.
